Jeju CCEI seeks your consent regarding the collection, use, and third-party provision of personal and corporate information in accordance with Article 15(1)1, Article 17(1)1, Article 23(1), and Article 24(1)1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 1 – Collection and Use of Personal/Corporate Information

Purpose of collection and use
- - Using the minimum information necessary for the program to review eligibility, conduct evaluation, manage selected participants, and fulfill other administrative obligations.
Retention period
- - Retained for up to 5 years after program completion for record-keeping purposes; destroyed immediately upon expiry or upon the data subject's deletion request.
Article 2 – Third-Party Provision of Personal/Corporate Information
Recipients of information
- - Jeju CCEI, demand companies and partner institutions, credit information agencies, credit bureaus, financial institutions, and guarantee organizations.
Information provided
- - Personal/corporate information submitted during the application (submitted documents and application details)
Purpose of third-party use
- - To fulfill administrative obligations including evaluation, reporting, event operation, and performance surveys using the applicant's information.
- - To use as reference material for policy data, SME diagnosis, joint diagnosis, and linked support.
Third-party retention period
- - Used for up to 5 years after program completion; destroyed immediately upon expiry.
Article 3 – Marketing and Promotional Use of Information
Items Collected and Used
- - Personal and corporate information submitted during the application process (including submitted documents and application information)
Purpose of Collection and Use
- - To provide information and promotional materials regarding programs, events, support projects, and follow-up initiatives operated by Jeju CCEI
- - To provide information on future programs, networking opportunities, investment support, and commercialization support promoted by Jeju CCEI
- - To promote and provide information on programs and projects through online and offline channels, including newsletters, text messages, emails, and social media
Retention and Use Period
- - The collected information will be retained and used for up to five (5) years after the completion of the program. Upon expiration of the retention period, or upon request for deletion by the information subject, the information will be destroyed without delay.
Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
- - You have the right to refuse consent to the use of your information for marketing and promotional purposes. Refusal to provide consent will not affect your eligibility to apply for or participate in the program. However, you may be excluded from receiving information regarding future programs and support projects operated by Jeju CCEI.
